These general terms and conditions govern all services provided by LinkTec to its clients. Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions.
LinkTec offers the following services:
Service details are specified in the quote provided to the client.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from their date of issue. An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote and payment of the deposit.
One-time services require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation. The balance is due upon project delivery.
Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance. Payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal.
Delivery times are provided as estimates. LinkTec commits to meeting agreed-upon deadlines, subject to timely receipt of necessary elements from the client.

Upon full payment, the client acquires usage rights for deliverables created specifically for their project. LinkTec retains intellectual property rights to methodologies and reusable elements.
Any cancellation after order confirmation results in retention of the deposit. Work already completed will be invoiced proportionally.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice before the next billing date. No commitment period applies.
LinkTec's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service. LinkTec cannot be held responsible for indirect damages.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
