These terms apply to the use of the LinkTec Studio software, offered as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution. They supplement LinkTec's General Terms and Conditions.
These terms define the conditions for accessing and using the LinkTec Studio software, accessible via web browser on a subscription basis.
Access to Studio requires the creation of an account with a verified email address and a password. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The User warrants the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
Available plans and their pricing are detailed on the Pricing page.
VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (franchise en base de TVA).
The subscription is concluded on a monthly basis and is tacitly renewed. It may be modified (plan change) or cancelled in accordance with Article 6.
Either party may cancel the subscription at any time, subject to 30 days' notice sent by email to contact@bn-linktec.fr.
Upon cancellation, the User has 30 days to export their data. After this period, Client Data will be deleted within 90 days.
LinkTec grants the User a licence to use the Studio software:
LinkTec endeavours to ensure the Service is available 24/7. However, no guaranteed service level agreement (SLA) is offered during the Beta phase.
Maintenance interruptions may occur. LinkTec undertakes to limit them and to notify users where possible.
Client Data remains the exclusive property of the User. LinkTec does not use Client Data for any purpose other than the provision of the Service.
The User may export their data at any time from their account.
LinkTec implements the security measures described in our Studio Privacy Policy.

The User must not:
Any breach of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the account, without notice or refund.
The Studio software (source code, interface, algorithms, documentation) is and remains the exclusive property of LinkTec. The subscription does not confer any ownership rights over the software itself.
The liability and force majeure provisions set out in the GTC (Articles 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3) apply.
The Service is provided "as is". LinkTec does not warrant the absence of bugs or interruptions, particularly during the Beta phase.
LinkTec Studio is currently in Beta phase. Features, interface and pricing terms are subject to change.
Beta users will be informed of major changes and will benefit from a reasonable transition period in the event of impactful changes.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the provisions of Article 11 of the GTC apply.
